Glaucoma treatment - foreign (self paying) patient

    Hi all,

    My father lives in Pakistan and he is currently suffering from Glaucoma. The result of last OCT Scan and Field tests are not good and therefore I want to have his Glaucoma treated in Germany.

    Could you please recommend a Clinic/Hospital in Germany which treats private patients (self-finance without German health insurance)? Unfortunately the situation is getting worse every day and therefore I really want to get the consultation done soon (remotely) and then arrange the travel to Germany in case if a surgery is required.

    Kindly suggest the best options in Germany keeping the financials in mind as my father is not insured.

    I would recommend you the Charité in Berlin.

    They treat private patients.
