The European Glaucoma Society Patients Involvement Initiative has designed the following questionnaire, aiming to understand better the needs of glaucoma patients in different parts of Europe. We would appreciate it very much if you could distribute the questionnaire to your patients or your members. The questionnaire should be answered only by glaucoma patients, and it takes 3-5 minutes to fill in.
